Tribal Law

South Dakota has a significant Native American community and Tribal Courts frequently determine matters involving both tribal members and non-tribal members. Our Tribal Law lawyers appear in the courts of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in Mission, the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe in Fort Thompson, the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe in Lower Brule, the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in Eagle Butte, and the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Tribe in Sisseton.
